Returns are pretty straightforward. You just fill out the form that comes with your package and send it back. I think you might have to pay for return shipping though, it's not always free from the US.

Does Naf Naf ever do free shipping codes? I'm trying to buy a top but it's only like $40.

They usually have free shipping if your order is over 60 euros, which is like 65-70 bucks depending on the exchange rate. I haven't seen a standalone free shipping code recently for smaller orders though.

how does Naf Naf compare to like, Zara or Mango in terms of quality? Their stuff looks really cute but idk if it's worth the price.

I'd say it's a step up from Zara for sure, especially their dresses. The fabrics feel a bit nicer and the cuts are usually more unique. Definitely better than Mango most of the time.
